Amy Miller
Amy functions as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Bentlage enterprises. In this broad role, she oversees Compliance and Regulatory, Policies and Procedures, Legal, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Leases, Insurance and Special Projects. Amy holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelors Degree in Management.
Pam Zerber
Pamela Zerber has served as an operating partner since 2009, overseeing sales, marketing and management of the Massachusetts based businesses. Pam is responsible for launching three European Wax Centers and two Massage Envy locations as well as serving as the Operations Manager for the regional development of European Wax throughout MA, NH, ME & VT. Over the course of 7 years, Pam has grown the businesses from start-ups to over $7M in recurring revenue by 2017. All of her centers continue year-over-year growth. Pam also holds her Real Estate License in Massachusetts and is an active Real Estate Investor with over 20 investment units across North America. Pam has a Bachelor of Science in Communications From Southern Connecticut State University and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
